Meeting point and time: 8am - 8.20am BST at London Waterloo (Under the big clock, at the bottom of the stairs to Pret a Manger and opposite WHS)
Description: The Syrian Arab Association in the UK (SAAUK) is organising a hike across the Seven Sisters cliffs (20KM)
This is one of the most popular day hikes in the UK and is the perfect activity to enjoy with friends, while relishing the windswept beauty throughout the walk and lunch at the National Trust at Birling Gap and Seven Sisters - small cafe and gift shop, and toilets
Every cliff warrants a photo stop – just stay away from the edges
What to bring
**-**Hiking boots are not necessary, although a pair of sturdy shoes are preferable to everyday trainers

-Packed lunch, snack and refreshments (There are a few shops and a small supermarket in Seaford, as well as the cafe at the half way point for refreshments
-Waterproof jacket and umbrella (for variable UK weather
-Portable mobile phone charg
-Phone or camera for photo
