Prelekcja #1: “What Happens After You Ship an AI Code Reviewer: Lessons from Dropbox” - Dmytro Kovalenko [ENG]

At Dropbox, we set out to make an AI code-review agent a reliable part of everyday development - not just a tool that engineers run occasionally. We evaluated several approaches aligned on the review experience we wanted, built a shared solution, and began rolling it out across teams. Only then did the harder questions emerge: How do you separate useful findings from noise? How do you learn from issues the reviewer fails to catch? And how do you improve its guidance without eroding developers’ trust? In this talk, I’ll share how we addressed these challenges through pilots with early-adopter teams, staged rollouts, and a feedback loop built on developers’ reactions and written responses. You’ll leave with practical lessons for turning an AI reviewer into a measurable learning system that can improve safely as adoption grows.

Dmytro Kovalenko - is a Staff Software Engineer with 15+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance systems across Media, AdTech, and FinTech. He has led the design and delivery of high-load, high-volume platforms in both startups and large technology companies. He has deep expertise in Java, Scala, Spring Boot, Kafka, event-driven architecture, and modern API design. More recently, Dmytro has focused on AI Engineering, integrating large language models, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) into production systems and workflows. He is particularly interested in turning emerging AI capabilities into robust, production-ready solutions that can operate effectively at scale.

Prelekcja #2: “Bezpieczeństwo systemów Windows” - Wiktor Marchwicki

Windows oferuje mechanizmy bezpieczeństwa, które często pozostają niewykorzystane lub są błędnie skonfigurowane. Podczas prezentacji omówimy praktyczne aspekty logowania zdarzeń, najważniejsze zdarzenia wykorzystywane podczas analizy incydentów oraz konfiguracje logowania zdarzeń. Przedstawione zostaną ciekawostki z systemu Windows, które wpływają na jego bezpieczeństwo. Zaprezentowane będą także mechanizmy hardeningu i ustawienia, które realnie podnoszą poziom bezpieczeństwa systemu Windows.

Wiktor Marchwicki - człowiek po niebieskiej stronie mocy, specjalizujący się w obszarach: DFIR, Threat Hunting oraz Detection Engineering. Na co dzień koncentruje się na analizie artefaktów systemowych, projektowaniu detekcji i wczesnym wykrywaniu technik atakujących. Po godzinach zwykle w biegu - dosłownie, od krótkich dystansów po długie ultra, kiedy tylko znajdzie czas.
