Moving (your) Scrum Downfield

Details

Gunther Verheyen, independent Scrum Caretaker, observes how Scrum has been and keeps being adopted around the globe at scales never seen before. The downside of that massive adoption of Scrum however is (in Gunther’s opinion) a rise in compliance, convenience, complacency.
Gunther challenges Scrum practitioners around the world to spin up their Scrum in three ways:

1. Re-imagine your Scrum
2. Re-organize around Scrum
3. Humanize your workplace upon Scrum

At the SysArt online webinar Gunther will elaborate on his vision on how to move your Scrum downfield and thereby contribute to moving Scrum, as a global movement, downfield.
About Gunter Verheyen
