We will explore the circle of life. We move from the place where we once came from and where we will, one day, return - the hidden world, the place of our ancestors.
We journey from this hidden world to birth; we journey again through childhood, adolescence, adulthood, middle age, old age, and the encounter with death.
We will explore these phases using the methods of Systemic Ritual and Ancestral Connections—guided meditative trance dance.
It will be a practical day, during which we will perform many rituals.
