About us
An Online meeting place for individuals to explore the Knowing Field through 'The Systemic Lens' with Systemic & Family Constellations. The Knowing Field refers to any human system (family, company, relationships and more) and the fact that participants in Constellation workshop can tap into "knowledge" (feelings, thoughts, behaviours) that 'reside' within and belong to members of another human system of which they don't have any previous information.
The Constellations method connects us to the Knowing Field and thereby provides a way to uncover hidden dynamics that "bind" members of systems across generations, time and space. Family Constellations help to explore relational dynamics between members in family systems. It was discovered and developed by Bert Hellinger in Germany in the early 1990s and since then has been further expanded by different facilitators.
It is now applied in organisation and leadership settings as well as business consulting (e.g. branding work, new product development, interpersonal challenges). Through Constellations it was found that members of a system (e.g. family) are connected to each other in regardless of space, time and distance through a process of Systemic Entanglement. The concept of entanglement refers to the way that members of a group (family, nation, organisation etc) resonate to unresolved "trauma" or unresolved injustice from a previous generation(s). This shows up in "repeated" failures and frustration, challenges with health issues, relationships and even finances in the lives of its "newer" members; Trans-Generational patterns emerge and "bind" a new generation to the suffering or "conscience" of a previous generation.
Watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgDBKM7tBTw When a hidden dynamic is uncovered through a constellation, the dynamic of "blind love and loyalty" can be replaced by a "higher love"; one where new members don't have to live out the "fate" of another member of the system. This is achieved through work done in group or personal sessions where elements of the challenge are "Represented" by group participants or by objects. "Healing Sentences" are also part of this therapeutic process and act to restore balance and flow in the system by including what was "missing or excluded".
Illi Adato, our group leader, is the founder and Managing Director of London School of Systemic & Family Constellations (www.LondonConstellations.uk), a London-based therapiest and group facilitator who is working internationally. Illi graduated 4 schools of Systemic & Family Constellations where he was trained by the world's leading masters. His work spans personal work with private clients, leading groups, teaching & training helping-professionals (therapists, healers, coaches) and practice systemic work in organisations, social enterprises and other leadership settings.

‘Deeper insights’ Year 3 Advanced Systemic & Family Constellation Training

Suitable for graduates of Year 1 and those with previous Systemic training.For those who would like to take their professional education and practice deeper by learning the more subtle aspects of Systemic and Family Constellations work, our school is now enrolling for the next round of 'Deeper Insights' Year 3 - Advanced Constellations Training which is only running once in every two years.
Year 3 students are encouraged to bring their own unique qualities, initiations, and innovations as they make their way deeper into the Field of Constellations. Innovations and the people creating them are being guided and supported by the school and the course leader through the research, development, and implementation of their ideas and practices. A dedicated Mentoring program and 3 private sessions with Illi are part of this training program.

The Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces are often appearing as difficulties or a sense of stuckness in life, affecting our behaviour, relationships, career, health/wellbeing or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present.
It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and in our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and presents ways for deep healing processes to occur.

Scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named Epigenetic is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure.
