One month ago I finished The Habit System which is a refined version of methods I used for many years since 2017.

This program/course is in a form of 30-Days Challenge to gamify generating a habit system that strategically help you in building habits and dealing with everyday life.

The system is mostly based on small steps approach (you can know it from Kaizen or from James Clear's Atomic Habits).

Each meeting will be recorded and uploaded.

The meeting starts with an intro about changes in the systems required for a given day and why they are beneficial.
If somebody in the call will be willing to actively participate we will have a chat after the call.
