Make your own smart plant pot (with Raspberry and Rust)

In this workshop you will learn how to make a smart plant pot: a pot that knows when it is time to water the plant.

Please bring:

• laptop
• plant with pot

We can provide a Raspberry Pi Pico H and sensor for each participant to borrow.

If you want you can also bring your own electronics board. After the workshop you can buy anything you borrowed.

We might demonstrate how to program the microcontroller with an async embedded Rust framework called Embassy. (Under construction)
