The best season of the year is almost here! That's right: fall is coming.
And what better way to enjoy it than to visit the orchard? We're going to visit Crane Orchards U-Pick and Corn Maze to pick apples, explore the corn maze, and then head a quarter mile down the road to Crane's Pie Pantry Restaurant & Winery to enjoy some cider and donuts.
If you'd like to carpool, meet at the back of the 16th St Meijer parking lot (near - but not at - the gas station) at 1:30pm. But please be prompt, as we'll need to leave no later than 1:35pm to make it to Crane's by 2:00pm.
Otherwise, we'll see you at the orchard. Meet by the barn where they have apple samples and picking bags. Apples are $1.65/lb. The corn maze is $8/person. Donuts and cider - I guess we'll find out when we get there.
