It's time for our biggest meetup yet!
Spotify will host us for our Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) meetup in their new headquarters at Regeringsgatan. We have a great lineup of speakers – including international keynote speaker Molly Watt, flying in from the UK 🇬🇧
It will be an evening of awesome talks, good discussions and friendly people. Don't miss this!

You can arrive from 17:30. Talks will start at around 18:30. Last talk will end around 21:00. You are welcome to stay and mingle until 21:30.
We will have four lightning talks (10 min each) and one keynote. Here are the lightning talks:

Accessibility at Spotify
- Shaun Bent, Engineering Manager and Phil Strain, Senior User Researcher
How do you scale accessibility at a company with a large number of products and teams? Utilising Spotify’s Guild model, Shaun and Phil talk about how Spotify works with accessibility.

Designing for neurodiversity
- Sara Lerén, Director of Inclusive Design at inUse
Sara talks about how design work benefits from neurodiversity and how starting with why can help you interact with people who think and act differently than you do.

Really accessible low hanging fruits
- Daniel Göransson, Accessibility Clippy at Axess Lab
It's harvest time! Daniel shows us some easy accessibility fixes to common pitfalls that you can implement in your site or app tomorrow.

The change that leads to independence
- Victor Kaiser, Tobii Dynavox
Victor talks about what eye tracking technology means to him and gives a few tips on how to design eye tracking friendly interfaces.

Keynote (45 min):

When accessibility meets inclusion
- Molly Watt, Accessibility and UX consultant, keynote speaker at Molly Watt Talks
I am passionate about Inclusive design for all. Accessibility has for too long been over-looked, it’s time to put it firmly at the top of your to do list and I’m going to tell you why…

We will be serving food and drinks. It will be vegan/vegetarian. If you have any preferences when it comes to food or drinks let us know!

All speakers will use a microphone and there will be sign language interpretation. We are working out the details around this at the moment and will provide more info soon. The venue has an elevator and a ramp for getting up on the stage. We are aware that accessibility issues are diverse and there might be a problem that we are not aware of. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us.

The event will be filmed and available to watch over and over again after the event 🎥

There will be people taking photos at this event. We will however have an area in the audience marked as a "no photography zone" where you can hang out if you don't want to be caught on photo.

Safety and inclusion:
We have a Code of Conduct that we expect everyone to follow. You can find it at our website: https://t12t.se/code-of-conduct/
Please bring your photo ID to the event.

Alla dragningar på scen kommer att vara på engelska. Om du känner dig obekväm med engelska så är du självklart välkommen ändå! Det kommer att finnas gott om människor att prata svenska med.
