July Gameday - Afternoon Session

Players,

There are two gaming sessions this day. You can attend one or both! However, you will need to sign up and pay for each session you plan on attending. This one is for the AFTERNOON game. Please read carefully the instructions below so we can guarantee your spot! Reservations will open 2 weeks before the event. If you have questions, please message the Host (Crystal).

1. Attendance will be capped off at 120 players per session. Reserve your spot by clicking on "Attend". You can reserve for yourself and up to 5 guests. If there are more than 6 in your party, someone else will need to create a separate Meetup account and register the remaining participants.
2. Prepayment of $20 per person is required (price includes tax). After you reserve your spot please submit payment within 24 hours to fully guarantee your participation. Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle accepted (see below for payment details). If other payment arrangements are needed, please message the Host (Crystal) privately. So we know who you are and when you're coming, be sure to include the following details in the notes section before you submit payment:

a. The session registered for on Meetup - Morning or Afternoon,
b. Meetup Name as it shows on the RSVP list, and
c. The full names of everyone you paid for - do NOT pay for anyone that does not have a spot reserved on Meetup.
