Building a career in a new country isn’t just about working hard. It’s also about being heard, communicating with confidence, navigating workplace dynamics, and making sure your contribution is recognised.
TABL (Take a Brava Leap) is a Berlin-based workshop series for international women who want to build these skills in a practical, supportive setting.

Whether you’re employed, self-employed, freelancing, job searching, returning to work, or building something of your own, this group is where you can find upcoming workshop dates, details, and booking links.

The current workshops are:
Speak Clearly and Confidently in Meetings: Learn how to make your point, ask sharper questions, disagree without guilt, give recommendations, and hold your ground when someone interrupts, pushes back, or dismisses you.

Stop Being Overlooked at Work: Learn how to communicate your contribution more clearly in conversations around recognition, promotions, salary, interviews, clients, and new opportunities.

The workshops are held in person in Berlin in small groups of up to 20 participants, with space to practise real situations and receive feedback.
