Dinner at Ramen Del Barrio

I'd never heard of Ramen Del Barrio before, but after our food club members mentioned it, it's officially at the top of my watchlist. Mexican-Japanese fusion food - how cool and unique is that!!
They've a Michelin Bib Gourmand and were semifinalist for a James Beard category in 2024 with a humble beginning inside Hana World now to a full restaurant.

Note: This spot reopens in July after a temporary closure so we don't know if they will accept walk-in or reservation. I will share those details soon as I know.
