About us
Table & Trail is a social group for young and mid-career professionals (generally late-20s to 40s) in the Hampton Roads area who want to get out of the house, explore the region, and build genuine friendships—without the awkwardness of forced networking or chaotic bar crawls.
We believe the best connections happen when there’s good food, good drinks, and a reason to move. One week that might mean dinner at a local spot, the next a brewery meetup, a waterfront walk, or an easy hike followed by drinks. Nothing extreme, nothing cliquey—just intentional plans with people who have their lives together.
