Gamacea 2023

June 4th update:

Just to reiterate to clear up any potential confusion, there will be registrations available at the door.

Registration at the door will be open daily from 10AM to 8PM and available at varying rates:
Weekend: $40 / person
Saturday-Only: $30 / person
Sunday-Only: $20 / person

Additionally, we have designated just the Hampton function room as the mask-required section. The rest of the function rooms and common areas are designated as mask-optional. View the Event Map on the Gamacea web site for more details. https://gamacea.com/

May 7th update:

We have posted our CoViD Mitigation Policy for Gamacea 2023. It is too long to fit on this Meetup event page. Please, review it at https://gamacea.com/ under the “Event => CoViD Mitigation Policy” page.

Gamacea 2023 is scheduled for June 10th and June 11th at the Hampton Inn in Natick with generally the same format as before.

There will be a registration cap of 150 and this is tentatively slated to be TGA's only large weekend event this year.

Our CoViD policy and registration cap may evolve as the state of the pandemic across New England changes.

Registration will open on April 10th at noon and can be purchased at: https://tabletopga.square.site/

Limited Early-Bird registrations are available for $30 each. Regular online registrations are $35 each. Any remaining registrations at the door will cost more.
