★If we didn't receive your answer for ① and ② in 2 days, your RSVP will be canceled.
The organizer will send you a message with "payment request (Paypay or Paypal) or bank transfer information". Please make your payment (5,000yen/person) within 5 days. ※If you make your payment with Paypal, we need to ask you to send us +500yen (=5,500yen/person). This is because Paypal charge us fee that's about 500yen. Thank you for understanding.
We will contact you once we have confirmed your payment, and your reservation is completed.

We will visit “Yokoyama Hiroemonkiyosada Farm” with more than a 380 year history (from Edo era) in Tokorozawa Saitama. In their bamboo grove, we will learn how to dig up a bamboo shoot. It might be a little hard work to do but everybody will have a fun time and it’s an exciting and interesting experience! You can take 1 bamboo shoot home you dug up, and they show you how you can cook at home. After the bamboo digging we will have some lunch at a garden in the farm. The owner cooks delicious foods (Takenoko Gohan -Bamboo shoot rice and soup) for us. You will enjoy this fun and unique experience for sure!!

【 SCHEDULE 】
10:20 Meeting at Shin-Tokorozawa station
※ We will take a bus for 10 minutes and 15 minutes walk to the farm.
11:00 Arrive at the farm. - Member introductions
11:15 Bamboo shoot digging & delicious lunch
13:30 leave the farm and walk towards to the bus stop
14:00 Meetup ends at Shin-Tokorozawa station

【 COSTS 】
● Bamboo shoot digging experience: 6,000 yen
(1 bamboo shoot, lunch and meetup dues included)
● round-trip bus fare: 380 yen
※ Please bring your own drinks (alcohol allowed during lunch)

【 DEPOSIT REQUIRED 】
■ Costs this event requires a 5,000yen deposit
■ You can pay the rest of the event cost 1,000yen at the event
◆ However the number of spots might be decrease/change due to the growth of bamboo shoots, so we might close RSVP early.

【 MORE DETAILS 】
• Please wear comfortable shoes and cloth, and please expect that they might get dirty.
• Please bring your own drinks from home for when you are digging a bamboo shoot.
• Please bring a towel and a plastic bag or two so you can bring a bamboo shoot home.
• You can bring snacks from home (optional).

【CANCELLATION POLICY】
The deposit is refundable if you cancel by 17 April, but it will be deducted the transfer fee. Please send a message to the organizer directly, if you need to cancel your reservation.

【IN CASE OF RAIN】
This event will be canceled in case of heavy rain, but will be held in case of light rain.
We will update in the morning of two days before, 18 April, so please check our updates on this event page. In case we canceled this event due to a bad weather, your deposit will be refunded minus transfer fees.

埼玉県所沢市にある、江戸時代から現在まで380年の歴史がある横山廣右衛門清貞農園農家さんの竹林で、今年もワクワクドキドキのタケノコ狩り体験をします。自分の掘ったタケノコ1本をお持ち帰りできます！
タケノコ狩りのあとは、農家さんのお庭でオーナー手作りのとても美味しい筍ご飯とたけのこスープのランチをいただきます。
大変楽しいイベントです。是非ご参加ください！

【スケジュール】
10:20 新所沢駅　集合
※ファームまで、バス10分乗車+徒歩15分
11:00 ファームに到着 – メンバー紹介
11:15 タケノコ掘り＆オーナー手作りの美味しいランチ
13:30 ファームを出発バス停に向かう
14:00 新所沢駅で解散予定

【費用】
●タケノコ掘り体験費：6,000円
（ランチ、掘ったタケノ持ち帰り1本、Meetup参加費含）
●往復バス代：380円
※ 体験時の飲物、各自持参 (昼食時のアルコール可)

【申込金前払い】
■ 事前に 5,000円 の申込金の振込が必要です
■ 費用の残金 1,000円 は当日駅で集金します
※タケノコの成長により、定員の変更や締切りが早くなる事があります。

【服装・持ち物など】
・ 履き慣れた汚れても良い靴と服装で参加してください。
・ タケノコ狩りは汗をかきますので、タオルと飲み物を必ず用意してください。
・ 各自掘ったタケノコを持ち帰るための大きめなビニール袋を用意してください。
・ スナック菓子など自由にお持ちください。

【キャンセルと返金】
4月17日までのキャンセルは、申込金から振込手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。申込みのキャンセルは、必ず直接主催者まで連絡してください。

【雨の場合】
小雨の場合は開催しますが、大雨が降った場合イベントは中止になります。イベント２日前の4月18日の朝に判断し、このページでお知らせします。必ず確認認してください。
尚、イベントが中止になった場合、申込金は振込手数料等を差し引き返金いたします。
