Join us for our weekly drop-in evening as we meditate and explore the foundations of Buddhism and meditation by listening and sharing. Through mutual dialogue with others, it's possible to clarify our own thinking. This can lead to a deeper understanding and relevancy, supporting us to put what we learn into practice.

Anyone is welcome! We enjoy meeting newcomers. The evening starts with a guided meditation, followed by a short tea break. The rest of the evening is spent learning about and discussing an aspect of the Buddhist teaching, practical applications, and how we can draw inspiration from them in our lives.
