Join Dr. Sara Weelborg, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and Dr. Kristen Allott, a Naturopathic Doctor, for a monthly Q&A session where you can ask your burning questions about mental health.

With over 40 years of combined experience, Sara and Kristen bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Sara's expertise includes medication management, talk therapy and the cross section of nutrition and mental health. While Kristen specializes in medical nutrition therapy, lab testing for nutritional and hormonal deficiencies, and mindfulness techniques for resilience.
