Snorkeling at Titlow Beach

We're giving it another go! This seems like a cool place to check out which is well situated for ease of access. There are lots of pilings, perhaps from an old canning facility, which may mean there are interesting artifacts from Tacoma's industrial history, as well. If anyone who joins has more tips or information please let me know, these plans are very flexible. Bring a wetsuit (5mm to 7mm) because it's gonna be cold! We'll meet in the pullout across the street from the Beach Tavern. Snacks and hot drinks are encouraged--the weather could be fierce.
