New Member (and seasoned member) Welcome Stroll: Owen Beach

New members and seasoned members are welcome to take a casual-paced stroll along the promenade. We will stroll from Owens Beach to the Point Defiance Marina Store. We will get to know each other and learn more about what you hope to gain from being a member. You are welcome bring a friend on all walks. Guests are allowed on some hikes. Leashed dogs are welcome on walks and hikes unless otherwise stated.

This route is:

• 1.5 mile round trip.
• Flat paved and gravel terrain. Feel the breeze on your face.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Pace for this stroll = as slow as our slowest walker. Stopping for photos pace is also allowed.
• As with all our walks, you can stop at anytime. If there is a straight out and back walk, turn around when you need/want. If we do a loop walk, we usually have short options and long options. There is no judgment.
