NOTICE: This event is open to 2025 dues-paid members of TACG only.
We're headed to Camp Bethel in Hoquiam WA for the 2025 Annual Fall Retreat.
What is included: Three nights & six meals (Thurs Dinner, Fri & Sat Lunch & Dinner, Sun Breakfast)
- 10 Single Occupancy Rooms (In the Spruce Retreat Center across the road) = $360 each
- 6 (12 people) Double Occupancy Rooms (In the Main Lodge) = $300 each
- please indicate if you want a single (private) or double (shared) room.
Participants will need to bring their own breakfast for the 24th and 25, all other meals will be provided. There is a kitchenette space for our use that includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot.
We'll have a large room in the Main Lodge with tables up, where we can leave our work out for the entire time of our stay. The public areas are available 24/7, so you can work on projects any hours you would like. There is a second room with social areas, the kitchenette, and more tables, but we'll need to clear them by meal times.
While the activities are still being decided, this will not be a retreat focused on classes. Instead there will be a few demos, some optional activities with a laid back vibe, and plenty of time to work on your own projects. Stay tuned for more info once we finalize the activity schedule.

- You must contact Nadine and pay at least 50% down. Indicate if you want a private or shared room.
- Final payment is due by October 10th.
