I have finished curating an amazing lineup for our holiday Syrah tasting:

Syrah (or Shiraz) is a shape-shifting grape that mirrors its terroir perfectly. From the savory, black-pepper-laced, and structural bottles of France’s Northern Rhône to the bold, jammy, and decadent expressions of South Australia, the benchmark bottles vary wildly by region.

We will be tasting an amazing, highly rated and critically acclaimed wine from each of the major Syrah and Shiraz regions, with a bonus Yakima Valley Syrah if we are still thirsty.
