Every Tuesday in May I am holding space at Casa de Luz for something real.
Ten years ago I almost died. In 2015 a near-death experience cracked my life open and set me on a path of searching for my purpose.

That journey took me across the world, sitting with healers and shamans in Peru, India, and Bali, training in Rebirth Breathwork, and ultimately landing here in Austin with a clear calling to share this medicine with this community.

Breathe with Purpose is in-person Rebirth Breathwork combined with guided reflection to help you get honest about what you are here to do and who you are here to become.

Through conscious connected breath you move out of your head and into your body, where the real answers live.

This work opens the door to emotional release, clarity, and a deeper sense of knowing. No experience needed. Drop in for one session or come to all four.

And every ticket gives back. 50% goes directly to Women's Generation On Purpose, a nonprofit in Uganda building a skills school center for women. Your healing fuels theirs.

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water, light snack, eye mask or blindfold, comfortable clothes

How to prepare: Do not eat for at least two hours before the session

Health note: By registering you confirm you are in good physical and mental health with no contraindications to breathwork including pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, or a history of psychosis. If you are unsure reach out before signing up.
