Learn an easy Tai Chi and Qigong routine designed for beginners and returning practitioners in a calm, stress-free environment.

### 💫 What You’ll Learn

In this class, you’ll:

  • Learn a simple Tai Chi form set inspired by Yang Style Tai Chi
  • Practice the core principles of Tai Chi:
  • Stable, relaxed stance
  • Healthy posture
  • Smooth, controlled weight shifting
  • Coordinated breath and movement
  • Follow each movement (“form”) broken down step-by-step, then put it together into a flowing sequence

You’ll have plenty of time to practice along with the instructor so you can build confidence and independence as you move through Tai Chi.

### Special Focus for December:

🌿 We’ll be practicing the ancient Qigong set known as the 8 Piece Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) is a time-honored Qigong routine rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

👕 What to wear: Clothing should be comfortable, loose-fitting. Shoes should feel light, comfortable and have a thin flat sole.
