In this class, youโll:
- Learn a simple Tai Chi form set inspired by Yang Style Tai Chi
- Practice core Tai Chi principles:
- Stable, relaxed stance
- Healthy posture
- Smooth, controlled weight shifting

- Follow each movement (โformโ) step-by-step, then put it together into a flowing sequence
- Get plenty of practice time so you build confidence and independence
