### πŸ’« What You’ll Learn

In this class, you’ll:

  • Learn a simple Tai Chi form set inspired by Yang Style Tai Chi
  • Practice core Tai Chi principles:
  • Stable, relaxed stance
  • Healthy posture
  • Smooth, controlled weight shifting
  • Coordinated breath + movement
  • Follow each movement (β€œform”) step-by-step, then put it together into a flowing sequence
  • Get plenty of practice time so you build confidence and independence

### Special Focus for March:

🌿 We’ll be practicing the ancient Qigong set known as the Yi Jin Jing Qigong (Muscle-Tendon Change Classic)β€”a traditional 12-movement practice designed to strengthen the body from within, improve circulation, and cultivate inner energy (Qi). It pairs beautifully with Tai Chi and is accessible for all levels.
