"One World… One Breath" Watch Video...

This Tucson event is hosted in collaboration with Old Pueblo Tai Chi and Tai Chi for Health Tucson (Robert Armstrong). Beginners are absolutely welcome—no experience needed.

### When

Saturday, April 25, 2026
Meet at 9:30 AM (settle in, meet the group)
Practice begins at 10:00 AM sharp (Global Wave)

### Where

Freedom Park — Ramada #1 (Reserved)
5000 E 29th St, Tucson, AZ 85711 - Map

Finding Ramada #1

  • Ramada #1 is the larger of the two ramadas and the same one as last year.
  • Take either park entrance, then follow the roadway all the way around to the back (south) parking lot.
  • The ramada is on the south side of that lot, next to a ball field.
  • The covered parking along 29th is not ideal—it’s a longer walk. Drive around to the south lot for easiest access.

If you get turned around, text 520-869-2563.

### What to expect

A calm, beginner-friendly session including gentle warm-ups, simple Qigong, and Tai Chi practice. Come to move, breathe, and connect with the community.

### What to bring

  • Water
  • Comfortable shoes (or flat shoes)
  • Sun protection (hat/sunscreen)
  • Optional: a chair if you prefer breaks
  • Optional: drinks/snacks to share (community-style)

All ages welcome. Come as you are—let’s meet at 9:30 and join the wave at 10.
