Learn an easy Tai Chi + Qigong routine designed for beginners and returning practitioners in a calm, stress-free environment.

### 💫 What You’ll Learn

In this class, you’ll:

  • Learn a simple Tai Chi form set inspired by Yang Style Tai Chi
  • Practice core Tai Chi principles:
  • Stable, relaxed stance
  • Healthy posture
  • Smooth, controlled weight shifting
  • Coordinated breath + movement
  • Follow each movement (“form”) step-by-step, then put it together into a flowing sequence
  • Get plenty of practice time so you build confidence and independence

### Special Focus for May:

🌿 We’ll be practicing the 5 Animal Frolics — A Qigong set inspired by the movements of nature’s creatures.

👕 What to wear: Clothing should be comfortable, loose-fitting. Shoes should feel light, comfortable and have a thin flat sole.
