Join us for a calm, beginner-friendly Tai Chi and Qigong class focused on balance, posture, breath, relaxation, and mindful movement.
### 💫 What You’ll Learn
Each class includes gentle Sun Style warm-ups, and simple Tai Chi forms inspired by Yang Style Tai Chi, along with easy Qigong practices. Movements are broken down step-by-step so beginners and returning students can follow along comfortably.
Special Focus for June:
🌿 we’ll practice the Six Healing Sounds, a traditional Qigong method that combines breath, gentle movement, sound, and focused awareness to support relaxation, emotional balance, and internal calm.
