Welcome to Tai Chi and Qigong Wellbeing Retreats and Holidays!
Most of the Holidays/Retreats will take place in interesting locations, giving you a unique chance to relax, rejuvenate, explore and meet like-minded people. If you're interested in learning Tai Chi and Qigong as a form of relaxation and meditation in movement this may be the group for you.
The retreats are suitable to both beginners to Tai Chi and Qigong as well as the more experienced. Everyone is welcome!
I also teach regular Tai Chi and Qigong Classes and Workshops in and around the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas and I run regular weekly online tai chi and qigong relaxation classes for all levels of ability and experience.

Online Live Wild Goose Qigong Course: Week 1 of 8
·OnlineOnlineThis will be an amazing opportunity to step out of your daily routine and into a totally unique 60 minute energising and relaxing Qigong class.
Wild Goose Qigong is an amazing Qigong sequence and feels light, peaceful and relaxing to do and resembles a Tai Chi formIt is is a type of self-healing and is also powerfully energising as well as therapeutic. This course will be suitable for absolute beginners to Qigong as well as the more experienced.
Being a totally unique type of Qigong it imitates the moves of a carefree wild bird and involves slow, flowing moves to absorb positive 'chi' energy from your surroundings as well as some faster moves to release negative energy. After practising Wild Goose Qigong you normally feel light, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Online live Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation 8 week Course: week 1
·OnlineOnlineAn hour of total relaxation. A unique opportunity to start learning Tai Chi from the beginning of the sequence.
Ideal if you'd like to relax and learn a gentle type of meditative movement. Tai Chi and Qigong are a form of mindful movement and resemble a slow classical dance.
This is week 1 of an 8 week course. During this course we'll take a look at some basic Qigong Relaxation breathing exercises, go through some of the basics of Tai Chi and you'll learn the opening moves of the Tai Chi sequence (form).
Video support is also available - ideal for if you wish to practise between live sessions.

Online Live Easy Morning Qigong Relaxation Course: Week 1 of 8
·OnlineOnlineIdeal for anyone who wants an hour of total relaxation.
Ease yourself into your day and learn some simple relaxation techniques.
In this class we will focus mainly on a set of slow, flowing, Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. This type of Qigong is a type of meditation in movement and is done in harmony with the breath.This class is the first of 8 classes.
