Celebrate the global practice of Tai Chi with us on International TaijiQuan Day, held on the Spring Equinox—a time symbolizing balance, harmony, and renewal.
Join us in beautiful Clermont, Florida at Lake Hiawatha Preserve (*Please note: We will now be located in Preserve near playground) as we move together with others around the world in this special free community event. This outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong session is open to all levels, whether you are brand new or have years of experience.
We will guide you through gentle, flowing movements and mindful breathing designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Practicing outdoors near the lake adds an extra sense of calm and connection.
Come experience the energy of Tai Chi in a peaceful, welcoming setting—and be part of a worldwide celebration of health and harmony.
