Details
This 2-part session will give you the basics of Tai Chi dance-like Flow. Time to practice in between sessions will help make this a keeper!
We will develop leg strength, balance and core strength while calming the mind.
The routine flows beautifully and will become, with regular practice, a moving meditation for you!
