This low-intensity Tai Chi routine is great for beginners with its clear pattern and easy moves. It builds strong mind-body connection, as well as better balance, coordination and cardiovascular health.

$60 for six 60 minute classes, running each Tuesday until September 29 (no class Sept. 23).
