Tai Chi and Qi Gong for physical, mental and spiritual good health whether you're standing, sitting, or dancing! This is Tai Chi Fusion, good for the body, good for the mind, and good for the soul. Not a set you have to learn and memorize. Just follow the simple movements and repeat the easy patterns. All physical ability welcome. If you can visualize it, you can do it! Online instruction for wherever you are, at home, at a desk, at a park, or in a chair.
