About us
Start Your Journey to Peace, Balance, & Transformation
The 3,300 year old practice of Tai Chi Gung teaches you how to move and breathe so that the life force flows effortlessly between you and Nature.
Tai Chi Gung teaches us to experience the human body as an electromagnetic biologic being, with frequencies and vibrations sent out and absorbed every day, which need balance and release to prevent the unwanted negative things from manifesting in our lives, and instead promote the very best we desire to become a reality. This concept is a key to health, wellness, and disease prevention. We are beautifully and wonderfully made, so much more than tissues and plumbing. By doing the Tai Chi Gung exercises, we are increasing our energy, clearing our energy fields, and beginning to balance and regenerate ourselves. There has never been a better time to pursue this journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Regeneration - The sacred movements, breathing, and stillness activate energies within us. Learn from both the Yan system that awakens the fires within and the Yin system that brings balance and peace. Community - Connect with like-minded awakened souls who are focused on transformation of the mind, body, and spirit and raise the collective consciousness. Master Lama Rasaji is one of only 12 Master Lamas in the world and has devoted his life to the study, practice, and teaching of an ancient regenerative health system. He lived and trained at the original Tai Chi Gung Lamasery in Tibet–the school established by Lao Tzu when he journeyed from China more than 3,000 years ago. With more than fifty years of training in Lao Tzu’s regenerative health system, Master Lama Rasaji brings disciplined practice, experiential knowledge, and practical physiology insights to teachings that support balance, vitality, and physiological coherence of the human body.
