This practice is beneficial to everyone. It is a 45 min to 1 hour class. Comfortable street clothes are fine to wear. Bring water!
This class is standing. It consists of a series of warmups and four standing exercises. Intermediate breath work and other standing movements are included as time allows. There is also a flowing form that will be introduced as well.
Mindfulness in the gentle movements and breath create the opportunity for the life force that always surrounds us to enhance your health, your mind and your spirit. In all my years of teaching exercise, I have never found anything that can compare to this.

First class is free
A $5-$10 donation is requested after that.
