Come to one of Knoxville's unique older yoga studios and join us in learning and experiencing the wonder of this ancient, gentle practice. It is designed to give power to Peace, build strength and balance in body, mind and spirit. No previous experience is necessary.
The class consists of 4 gentle warm up movements to help you slow down and begin to focus. They also open up your heart and lungs. Four fluid movements follow connecting you to the life force energy in the earth, water, trees and ether.
This practice compliments all other work and activities in your life. Bring your childlike curiosity and join us.
