About us
Debra Cohen is a student teacher for beginner Tai Chi (standing) 24-step form (Bejing). We're a low-pressure group learning the flow together with breath work. Mature adults only. It's great for balance and stress!
You will be required to sign a release of liability form.
Contribution fees accepted.
We are in need of a place to practice once or twice a week for one hour each. Ideas would be community and senior centers, or local church, synagogue, or library. Wed.Fri. 10am is a good option.
