Tai Chi In Central Park

Join us every Saturday morning, beginning March 23rd, at Pinebank Arch in Central Park in Manhattan. These classes are suitable for all levels from Beginners to Advanced. I will be teaching an easy-to learn short 13-movement form that provides the foundational movements for the longer Yang Style form of 103 movements..

We meet at Pinebank Arch, an easily accessible location, near Columbus Circle and begin with a morning Warm-up!.
