What we’re about

Tai Chi has many facets to it. Typically people learn the form first. This is about dealing with your own energy.
Later on the list is the partner training (ie what this class is about) is learning to deal with other people's energy. You don't need experience of having practised the solo form to join this and learn.

Practiced in the same manner as the form IE slow/relaxed/smooth motion and so on you work with the classical Push Hands.
Included is also what's referred to spinning hands, rolling arms, 2 person set, and more.

Other facets of Tai Chi include weapons, meditation work, Spiritual Development, the healing part of the art specifically towards Medical + more. In this class we are going to work mainly on working with a partner.
