Ideal for anyone who wants an hour of total relaxation.
Ease yourself into your day and learn some simple relaxation techniques.
In this class we will focus mainly on a set of slow, flowing, Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. This type of Qigong is a type of meditation in movement and is done in harmony with the breath.
The cost for this 8 week course is £76.
