An hour of total relaxation on a Wednesday evening. A unique chance to start learning Tai Chi from the very beginning of the form.
Ideal if you wish to learn some simple relaxation techniques from the comfort of your own home. Qigong is a form of mindful movement done in harmony with the breath and usually leaves you feeling calm, light and energised.
