An hour of total relaxation. A unique opportunity to start learning Tai Chi from the beginning of the sequence, in the comfort of your own home.

Ideal if you'd like to relax and learn a gentle type of meditative movement. Tai Chi and Qigong are a form of mindful movement and resemble a slow classical dance.

This is an 8 week course. During this course we'll take a look at some basic Qigong Relaxation breathing exercises, go through some of the basics of Tai Chi and you'll learn the opening moves of the Tai Chi sequence (form).
