An hour of total relaxation on a Wednesday Evening from the comfort of your own home. A unique opportunity to start learning Tai Chi from the beginning of the sequence.

Ideal if you'd like to relax and learn a gentle type of meditative movement. Tai Chi and Qigong are a form of mindful movement and resemble a slow classical dance.

During this course we'll take a look at some basic Qigong Relaxation breathing exercises, go through some of the basics of Tai Chi and you'll learn the opening moves of the Tai Chi sequence (form).

Video support is also available and is ideal for if you wish to practise between live sessions.
