Ideal for anyone who wants an hour of total relaxation. Ease yourself into your weekend and learn some simple relaxation techniques.
In this class we will focus mainly on a set of Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. We may also look at Five Elements Qigong. This type of Qigong is a form of mindful movement and is done in harmony with the breath.
No experience is necessary and the class is suitable for total beginners as well as the more experienced.
