This event will be covering the Fundamentals of Qi Gong including:

• Cultivating awareness of Qi (energy)

• Building the Ball Qi Gong

• Saturating the Body with Qi (time permitting)

This event is strongly recommended prior to attending Sundays "Listening Energy" workshop.
