Seniors get active with an Introductory Tai Chi class !
The Senior Introductory class lasts 1 month and reviews the first 17 moves of the Taoist Tai Chi set. This class is held every Tuesday & Thursday from 10–11am. JOIN US the first Tuesday of every month to begin a new series. These classes repeat monthly and are a gentle way to explore the turning and stretching of the Taoist form. Taoist Tai Chi improves balance, circulation and flexibility.

Over time, these internal arts reach deep inside the body to benefit the entire physiology and restore the calmness and peace of mind often lost through the excessive desires and anxieties of daily life.

Beginning Tai Chi Classes

Beginning classes meet once or twice a week for 3 months with a focus on learning the basic angles and alignment of our 108 movement form, which emphasizes the health improving benefits of tai chi.

Introduction to Tai Chi for Seniors:

Designed to introduce the basic principles of our practice to seniors.
