TCWC BYOB Night returns!

Bring a bottle, bring a few sample pours, or just come enjoy good whisky and good company with fellow enthusiasts.

This will be a relaxed, share-style gathering focused on conversation, discovery, and trying things we might not otherwise get a chance to taste.

No formal theme this time — just an open table and an opportunity to explore whatever everyone brings. Scotch, Japanese, bourbon, world whisky, independent bottlings, weird experiments, dusty blends... all are welcome.

As a general guideline, we ask participants to bring at least half a bottle to share. Nothing outrageously fancy is required, but think more along the lines of a “birthday bottle” than an everyday drinker — something a little more special than your usual weeknight pour. Close enough is close enough; we're not overly strict about the details, and we've never run dry yet.

We'll be meeting at a traditional 熱炒-style restaurant with full food and drink service available throughout the evening. Ordering food is not mandatory, but we do try to support the venue since they generously allow us to use the space with no venue fee or bottle charge.

Please RSVP and message one of the Meetup admins (Rick or Wade) through the Meetup page so we can keep an accurate headcount and reserve enough seating.

Whether you're deep into cask strength single malts or simply whisky-curious, all experience levels are welcome. Slàinte!
