CAMPING & KAYAKING at Cuivre River State Park

A new campground for us, but we have kayaked the lake before. It's not a big lake, but it has some nice little coves to explore and a good launch ramp. Some great hiking trails also.

Less than an hour from where I live at 44/141, even closer for most of you.

This campground is packed in summer, so let's try it out in the off season. I'm assuming it will be like other state parks, just pick a site when you get there. I'll investigate and let you know later.
