BEE TREE PARK in South County
Details
I've only been here once, and I got lost. But, I remember that it was a very nice little park. There are 4 trails, they total about 5 miles.
Here's a link to the park. It gives a good description of the 4 trails.

We'll walk around the lake first on the Fisherman's Trail (mostly hard surface) , then head up the hill to the overlook. These trails are mostly dirt. It's a nice view of the Mississippi River. I think it's the Paw Paw Trail that connects the lakew trail to the bluff trail. It's over the river and has a couple of "overlooks".
Bring water for your dog, there won't be much after the lake.
Figure some dirt trails and wear appropriate shoes.
AFTER YOU ENTER THE PARK:
Stay to the right at the fork and PARK AT THE SECOND PARKING LOT ON RIGHT, before the lake. There's a bathroom there, and it's pretty central to all trailheads, I think.
