   3.If you no show once, will cancel your next participation if any
   如果您在going list, 但沒出席, 將取消您下一次的參與
3. If you can't attend, please update your status to "not going" one day
   before meet up, then who is on the waiting to have a chance to attend and prepare earlier.
   若您無法出席活動, 請於活動的"前"一日, 將您的狀態改至not going, 如此,
   後補的人才有機會參加, 並提前準備.
